THIRD-PARTY VENDORS WE USE
The following list of vendors are those with which we may share your personal information. Data is only shared when you are logging in to the TaKenya Hampton dashboard on our servers.
STRIPE
Customer payments are sent to our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
TaKenya Hampton uses Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using Google’s Ad Settings page. Users can completely block Google Analytics tracking using Google’s Opt-out browser add-on.
TaKenya Hampton uses Facebook advertising and retargeting. Cookies and pixels are used to understand and deliver ads and make them more relevant to you. We may also use a cookie to learn whether someone who saw an ad on Facebook later visited our website. Your personally identifiable information is not used by any remarketing service other than to present you offers from the Website. Opt-out of Facebook remarketing here.
ZAPIER
TaKenya Hampton uses Zapier to send information such as your name and email address to other services listed here. This information is used by Zapier in accordance with their privacy policy.
COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the Website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

COOKIES RELATED TO COMMENTS

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
If you make a purchase from On The Grow Up, LLC, your purchase information is shared with our payment processor. Currently, our payment processor is Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy. TaKenya Hampton does not store credit card information in our system.
In addition to Stripe, we may use tools that integrate with Stripe in an effort to improve customer service. They process our data, but they do not share it with third parties.
Additionally, the Website may use third-party service providers to service various aspects of the Website, which are detailed herein. Each third-party service provider’s use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policies. At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This may be amended from time to time in our sole discretion.
Except when required by law, we will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent; however, we may disclose or transfer personal information collected through the Website to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. This account information is stored indefinitely.
TaKenya Hampton stores customer purchase records indefinitely. This is so that we have access to customer account information in case problems or questions arise regarding past or future purchases.
